Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy uses essential oil's that are made from flowers, herbs and trees to promote health and well-being. Aromatherapy enhances both physical and emotional health. All true essential oils are pure and aren't blended with chemicals or fragrances, this makes them very powerful.
Using aromatherapy oils activates areas in your nose called smell receptors, which send messages through your nervous system to your brain.
Aromatherapy can be used in a number of ways including being added into a medium, such as oil or creams to be used on skin or hair. Inhalation, through use in a diffuser or oil burner, or as an immersion in a bath.
Every blend is made specifically to each individuals needs, this will be discussed during your free consultation.

Massage
Massage is one of the oldest healing traditions. Many ancient people - including the Ancient Greeks, Egyptians, Chinese and Indians - were convinced of the therapeutic properties of massage and used it to treat a variety of ailments.
Massage therapy is the practice of kneading or manipulating a person's muscles and other soft-tissue in order to improve their wellbeing or health. It is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.
The term 'massage therapy' is used to describe a wide variety of techniques that vary in the manner in which touch, pressure and the intensity of the treatment is applied.
One of the immediate benefits of massage is a feeling of deep relaxation and calm. This occurs because massage prompts the release of endorphins - the brain chemicals (neurotransmitters) that produce feelings of wellbeing.
Levels of stress hormones, such as adrenalin, cortisol and norepinephrine, are also reduced. Studies indicate that high levels of stress hormones impair the immune system.

Reflexology
Using pressure points to rebalance the body and mind.
Reflexology is based on the ancient Chinese belief that different pressure points correspond with different parts of the body. Reflexologists use maps of these points in the feet, hands and ears.
British scientists found that nerves connect the skin and internal organs and that the body's entire nervous system adjusts to outside factors, including touch. Reflexology can help to rebalance the body and mind.
By applying pressure to certain areas of the feet, hands and ears, it can bring healing to the corresponding area of the body.
